Brendan Lacy

Designer

When clients have Brenden Lacy on their project team, they get a designer who listens with intention. The result is a collaborative design process that takes into account the needs of the client and the ultimate users of the building to create a beautiful and functional space. Brendan’s role at Martin Simmons Sweers is to assist in the early design of projects, preparing design packages to present to clients, and participate in design development. At Martin Simmons Sweers, Brendan has worked primarily on residential projects, though in the past he has worked on commercial office interiors. He says, “people I work with would say I’m very thorough; I try to leave no stone unturned by asking lots of questions and working collaboratively with the whole design and construction team.”

“I love getting to be creative everyday; imagining things into existence.”
